Don't believe in fortune telling as such. It's one of the reasons I gave up doing tarot card readings for people I don't know. They have ridiculous expectations. They want it free or very cheap. They want it instant today even if it is late at night. They want it to tell them who they will meet, date and marry and how many kids they will have, the list goes on and on.  If you say no to any of the above they talk about you behind your back and say you are fake - er no sweetheart. I was just in from a long lift at the shop I work for and needed a sit down, wash, meal before I do a thing. And er no sweetheart nobody can HONESTLY tell you who you will marry.  If you are sensible you go to a proper psychic and give them your date of birth and the date of birth of the people you are keen on and get them to draw up a compatibility analysis as to whether or not it would be  WISE to marry that guy. Not if you will but if you SHOULD. Be more sensible. We make choices in life. If you choose to marry a wrong un or you marry for wrong reasons it will go wrong, obvious, nothing to do with astrology, the stars, the cards etc. It's your bad choices.

Am with you Andy. We all have times when we must make decisions and live with the consequences of our choices. I knew a woman once who was always rushing to clairvoyants and such. She never saw that she was wasting her time with various men friends, one took a lot of money off of her, well asked her and she gave it him, she kept giving him more and more each time he asked, she would rush to the clairvoyant and ask when he would stop asking and how to make him stop asking, when her mother bullied her she would let her, when her sister turned nasty towards her she would keep phoning her trying to talk to her, she never learns, but when I talk to her she says it must be the planets or it must be a curse or a spell!  It was her choices.

Fortune telling is something a lot of people hope to get from a psychic or tarot card reader, but they are wrong to and do not understand it is a different thing anyways.

Mmmmm. Now let me see. One tarot card reader told me I would meet my true love soon.  He would look like such and such. Weeks later I meet a guy who looks like such and such and he seems to be my true love.  Weeks later I find out he is a mentally ill social misfit who lied to me about things like having a job.  Was this fortune telling?

To my mind fortune telling stinks. It can do great damage to someone to TELL THEM they will marry x or have three kids, what about what they want?  Years ago I was told such stuff yet I wanted to be single, and being with a guy properly did not suit me at all, it made no difference who the guy was and love did not enter into it, but these things scared me, I was scared stiff to even go out with a guy then in case somehow the predictions came true despite what I had decided - which is dumb and makes no sense, but fear can do these things to you.  As for having kids, I am not into kids, especially not babies, and it would not have fitted in my lifestyle at all, that also scared me. I am in my fifties now and have made sure that I don't settle down with a guy or have kids.  This is my point. If you don't want it you make sure you don't do it, and if you want it you make sure you do. Where is the prediction thing then, if it is you?
