A psychic individual once spoke to me about this, I had gone to see him about something, he said he saw I had a glowing aura that was reddish orange, and told me that with me it meant my energy was very high. Perhaps this is the same in your case too then. Perhaps you need to get an individual reading by a psychic individual about you and your aura.

I do colour healing on myself so auras are of interest too. When I feel very down and need a pick me up I go in my orange room and stay there for at least a few hours. It's bright, bright vivid orange. It works like nothing else and with no side effects like you get with medicine, and no addiction. When I FEEL I need to be calmed down and slowed down I go in my blue room.  When I need a lot more energy I go in my red room. Yes I have a big house, and it took me time to work out the colours that worked for me, and get it all done, worth every minute and penny.  My psychic told me that my aura is usually yellow. I like yellow a lot, my bedroom is yellow, I would only get concerned if it turns to something like brown, grey or some dark manky type of colour. My psychic tells me that auras change all the time according to your mood and what you are going through. Whatever you have today can be short lived and totally temporary so not worth worrying about.  But if you get a bad colour and it stays with you your life needs to be improved.

Can  you have a black aura? A fortune teller told me I had and she said she could change it if I paid her a lot of cash and brought my jewellery to her? Not sure what to do about this. The aura is causing me to have a lot of problems she said. It is the only way to turn it around so things can be good.

Red aura is to do with being a mix of assertive and forceful and impulsive. A red person can get into troubles because they do not think first and do not weigh up things properly enough before deciding yes. There are a lot of examples of this, even the fact that they say ginger haired people have anger issues.

I would like to know which colours of auras count as being good or bad and why? Is the red aura good or bad or neither? Is there a colour to aim for and a way to make sure you end up with an aura of that colour and ways to make sure it stays that colour? Do you have to meditate or do yoga or something to achieve this?

Red is often to do with passion, love, lust, wanting, action, think the aura colours means the same thing as those colours would mean if you were looking at the colour any other way.  You can worry about these little things and get bogged down with it all, I prefer to make decisions about my life and how my future can be better and improve things rather than worry about all of these little bits and bobs where there are not enough hours in the day. Hopefully if you lead a good life and improve your future your aura is good anyway due to circumstances and choices.
